Ms. McKinstry has led the digital transformation of Wolters Kluwer into a global expert solutions company. As announced on February 26, 2025, McKinstry will retire in February 2026. Ms. Stacey Caywood, who was named as a member of the Executive Board of Wolters Kluwer on May 15, 2025, will be her successor as CEO.
